We are seeking an experienced and passionate Unity Programmer to join our team and work on the development and live ops of our MMORPG game for Android and PC devices. The candidate must have extensive experience with Unity and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that meets project requirements, timelines, and live ops needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the game design team to understand and implement game mechanics, features, and systems features using Unity and C# programming language.
2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# to implement gameplay elements, UI systems, character controls, AI behaviors, and more.
3. Develop and maintain game server-side logic.
4. Implement and maintain game systems for multiplayer features, including server-client communication, matchmaking, and player synchronization.
5. Optimize game performance and memory usage, ensuring smooth gameplay on mobile devices.
6. Debug and fix software defects, including crashes, bugs, and performance issues.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation.
8. Collaborate closely with artists and designers to ensure seamless integration of art assets and achieve the desired visual and gameplay experience.
9. Develop and implement live ops plans and events to ensure player retention and engagement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in game development, with a strong understanding of game mechanics, gameplay scripting, and object-oriented programming.
2. At least 1 year of experience in game development, with a focus on Unity.
3. Expert-level knowledge of Unity and C# programming language.
4. Experience with multiplayer game development and server-side logic.
5. Experience with mobile game development, including optimization for performance and memory constraints.
6. Solid understanding of 3D game development principles, including physics, animation, and rendering.
7. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of different game genres and player experiences.
