Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi UI/UX Developer - Telecommunication Industry di kantor PT Asian Sigma Teknologi (SIGMATECH) untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan berikan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job description & requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Design, Computer Science or any relevant major.
2. Has minimum 3 years work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role proven with portfolio of design projects.
3. Min. 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a client-facing setting, designing applications, experiences, websites, products, and services that balance user needs, business objectives, and technological constraints.
4. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. ************ and InVision).
5. Knowledge in frontend development.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
7. Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
8. Good time-management skills.
Responsibilities
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
2. Take part in building design system and reusable components that scalable.
3. Responsible for end to end product design process.
4. Research and stay well-informed on latest design practices.
5. Communicate ideas & design reasoning clearly.
6. Implement and execute effective user testing method.
7. Support the conversion optimization process and provide insight via research on potential new features and tools that can enhance UX or UX insight.
8. Formulate good design ideas and propose solutions to increased product usefulness and usability.
9. Demonstrate your prototype / design results to user and stakeholder.
10. Create an ideas illustration through process flow and storyboards.
11. Create wireframe, AB testing, prototyping, low and high-fidelity design.
12. Create prototypes for both mobile and desktop applications.
