Your Role: UI/UX

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping user-centered digital experiences across our products. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to translate business goals into intuitive, delightful, and scalable interfaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Maintain and expand our Design System and ensure consistency across platforms
• Conduct or collaborate on user testing and integrate feedback into design improvements
• Ensure high quality design handoffs with well structured components, auto layout, and variants in Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) to ensure design feasibility and alignment
• Translate product requirements and user insights into design solutions
• Collaborate with UX Researcher as observer to gather direct feedback of user interface and translate insights from user studies into meaningful action
• Able to adapt your designs across a variety of platforms and form factors, and you understand limitations of different platforms e.g multi-device, mobile/desktop

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product based
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, interactive prototyping, design system)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and responsive design
• Strong understanding of UI Hierarchy Visual
• Experience working with developers and understanding of front-end feasibility
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven design decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Design System management (e.g., tokens, documentation)
• Familiarity with motion design or microinteractions
