Kemampuan yang PT kami inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions

Conducting user research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience.
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to test and refine designs.
Collaborating with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Creating design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve designs.
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Communicating design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Job Requirements

Age Max 32 years old
Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related field with experience of 1 – 2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Understanding of user interface and user experience design principles and UX laws.
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies.
