Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi TRUST ACCOUNT OFFICER di tempat usaha PT Xynergy Realty untuk kota/kab Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami inginkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk syarat yang PT kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will manage and maintain Account transactions of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, including a daily journal, accounts reports and internal audits that will be integrated and aligned with the strategic goals of the Company and the compliance requirements. In this role, you will provide high-level operational conduct on the full range of accounts’ property perspectives, accurate transaction journal and service delivery to clients that are critical to diverse and complex global owners. You will work with a highly-skilled group of property professionals, enabling and fostering a climate of teamwork and supportive risk-taking across the group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains the company’s property accounts portfolios;
  • Manages general accounting procedures such as but not limited to receipting, payments, invoicing, daily bank reconciliations and budgeting;
  • Compiles and analyses financial information to prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts;
  • Responsible for maintaining accuracy and reliable information as part of the Accounts Department due to AASB;
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales, lease and business activities, including daily journal, daily disbursement, daily report, monthly report and EOFY report according to the requirements of the regulation;
  • Meets all financial report deadlines;
  • Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes;
  • Resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities;
  • Develops and maintains databases;
  • Responds to enquiries from the Managing Director, Controller, Auditor and other finance and firm-wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like; and
  • Attends meetings and professional development activities.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for large and diverse property portfolios in Melbourne

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university majoring in Accounting or Finance Management;
  • Extensive experience (Minimum of 1 year) in related field;
  • Proficient in the English language in all aspects (mandatory);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fully vaccinated (including booster vaccination);
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite skills;
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Efficient and well-organised;
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks;
  • Able to work both as part of a team and also with minimal supervision; and
  • A positive and can-do attitude.
