As a Trend, Research & Forecast Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying and analyzing market trends, consumer behaviors, and retail fashion industry developments. Your role will involve conducting in-depth research, monitoring market shifts, and forecasting future trends to guide our business decisions and product development strategies. Your ability to interpret data and your keen eye for emerging opportunities will be instrumental in keeping our brand ahead of the curve and meeting the evolving needs of our customers.

In This role, you will get to : 

1. Stay ahead by monitoring the latest trends in outdoor industry apparel, performance fabrics, and design aesthetics. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to gain valuable insights into consumer preferences and market dynamics.
2. Deeply understand our target audience, their outdoor lifestyles, and evolving needs. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer behaviors and preferences, translating them into actionable strategies.
3. Develop accurate and data-driven forecasts for product demand, seasonal trends, and market opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with our business strategies, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
4. Prepare trend presentations and reports to share valuable insights with internal stakeholders and executives. Clearly communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making.
5. Fuel innovation by identifying new product opportunities and design directions based on trend research. Inspire creative ideation sessions and collaborate with product designers to develop innovative outdoor apparel collections.
6. Work closely with product development, design, marketing, and sales teams to align trend insights with product offerings and marketing initiatives. Provide valuable support and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.

What you will Need to Succeed : 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trend analysis, market research, or consumer insights, preferably within the retail fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key trends and patterns.
4. Proficiency in market research tools, data analysis software, and forecasting techniques.
5. Passion for outdoor fashion and a keen eye for the latest industry trends.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights in a compelling manner.
7. Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and anticipate future market shifts.
8. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Willing to be placed in EIGER Head Office, Kab. Bandung
