Job Description

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Treasury Operational

Prepare all payment to vendor (sin-sin, Thailand, Philippines, AHG and Singapore HQ)
Checking and process payment to employee reimbursement (for All employee at ASEAN trading company and Singapore HQ)
Filling Workday’s and vendor’s payment Documentation.
Update cashbook (Cashbook is the list of all payment to vendor and employee reimbursement)
Download Bank Statement
Collaborate with accounting team to ensure cash and bank transaction has been recorded and reconcile properly.
Maintain a good relationship with banks

Financials & Reporting

Update the specimen bank when an authorization signature changes

Assist treasury associate manager to provide the SSEA&HK cash balances every Monday and Wednesday – will be submit to Regional Treasury.
Assist treasury associate manager to provide the FX exposure – will be submit to Regional Treasury.
Update forecast for AR Affiliate collection (once a month)
Collaborate with HR team to maintain medical reimbursement through workday system.
