Standard Requirement :

1. Maximum 30 Years, minimum 3 years experiences of work based in travel industry.
2. Minimum D3 / S1 majoring in Tourism / Hospitality.
3. Accustomed to work under pressure and multitask.
4. Experienced in Travel Industry as a travel consultant, ex-tour leaders is a plus.
5. Can communicate well in English, both oral and written. 
6. Able to work in a team, responsible, honest & disciplined.
7. Looked attractive, neat and well groomed.
8. Has a flexible, energetic, enthusiast, positive & creative character
9. Able to operate Microsoft Office and Power Point well.
10. The ability to communicate well between co-worker or clients.
11. Make a clear report for every communication and able to fill report (administration) needed for the company’s standard.
12. Understanding the product of airlines ticketing / hotel / cruise / transportation / document.
13. Able to finish the work completely in time of deadline.
14. Able to distribute for company’s and self growth.
15. Professional in working, able to distinguish between communication between co-worker, client coorperate, FIT, etc..
16. Familiar with Galileo / Abacus reservation system.

Responsibility :

1. Handling incoming ticketing / hotel / insurance / document requests from coorperate client or FIT client.
2. Dealing with incoming calls and assisting travellers with their travel inquiries from air ticket, accomodation, travel document, insurance and transportation rental.
3. Understanding fully all of our products to explain and give information to client accurately and with fast responses.
4. Diagnose traveller’s problem and complain and work with the supervisor to provide a possible solution.
5. Convince new customers or guests especially who have never traveled.
6. Deliver a high level bespoke luxury holiday with attention to details and exceptional customer service.
7. Able to suply clients with essential travel documents needed as well as extensive destination information and useful travel guides.
8. Follow the company’s “Standard Operation Procedure” which is used at the moment.
9. Participate in meetings if needed, contribute ideas that can be used for the goods and growth of the company.
10. Willing to overtime and come to office for work on Sunday if needed.
11. Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.

1. Monday – Friday : 08.30 – 17.00
2. Saturday : 08.30 – 13.00 – Temporary Close
