Job Descriptions:

• Implement accommodation bookings (hotels, apartments, & corporate housing) to ensure availability and compliance with company standards
• Tracking and managing travel data, including booking information, budgets, and expenditure analysis to assist in decision-making and future strategic planning
• Plan event/meetings/workshop from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives, including Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers accordingly
• Identify and evaluate travel agencies, accommodation providers, and transportation services
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing terms with vendors (travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and car rental) to secure the best possible deals
• Collaborating/Expanding with new corporate hotels in Jakarta or at site, travel reviews
• Accommodation for Expat: Search for suitable apartment, contact owner/agent for the quotation, Arrange apartment visit for 
  expat and their family, internally process the unit chosen until payment by company, Hand over apartment with the expat and 
  handle complaints/request accordingly.
• Process & analyze the travel expense reports and reimbursements, to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization travel budgets
• Prepare regular reports on travel and accommodation expenses and trends
• Prepare regular reports on facility operations, travel expenses, and key performance indicators
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field with at least 3-5 years experiences
• Proven experience in travel management, hospitality, or related industries, with at least 3-5 years, experience in travel agent industries will be advantage
• Proficiency in travel management software and systems for booking, reservations, and expense management
• Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
