Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road, rail, sea, and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving – across towns, across countries and across continents.

The Role

Plan and organize driver’s and loader schedule/roster, including festive holiday calendar to ensure the required workforce is available to perform the scheduled deliveries and collections.

• Maintain overall SHE standard and requirements.
• Accountable for delivery operation to ensure on time delivery and zero service failures
• Assist the VP operations in achieving best achievable KPI standars as set for Linde account.
• Daily monitoring of staff, driver and loader attendance, absenteeism and work rest hours and ensuring all drivers records are kept up to date, including license expiry/renewal requirements. Conduct compulsory daily driver Brief & Debrief and submit report.
• Detail JD will be shared upon interview

About You

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in logistics and transportations with minimum 2 years leading team
• Strong knowledge in logistics and transportation for efficient service delivery  Excellent human relations skill to be able to work effectively with all team members
• Excellent time management skills to be able to deliver tasks timely Excellent leadership and communication skills to understand the details of client’s requirements and optimize team performance 
• Self-motivated and able to assimilate and collaborate with stakeholders of diverse cultural and ethnic background
• Excellent in operating Windows PC and MS Office
• Knowledge in TMS system will be advantageous
