1. Operational Supervision

   • Plan, schedule, and monitor daily CIT routes and vehicle assignments.

   • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of cash and valuables according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).

   • Supervise driver and guard teams during operations, ensuring adherence to security procedures.

2. Safety & Compliance

   • Enforce safety and security protocols in line with company and regulatory standards.

   • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment readiness (armored cars, GPS, communication devices).

   • Report and investigate any operational incidents or discrepancies.

3. Coordination & Communication

   • Coordinate with the Operations, Cash Processing, and Security teams to ensure smooth workflow.

   • Maintain communication with field teams during trips to monitor progress and address issues.

   • Liaise with clients or internal departments regarding transport schedules or special instructions.

4. Administration & Reporting

   • Maintain accurate transport records, logs, and daily reports.

   • Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and driver performance.

   • Prepare monthly performance and incident reports for management review.

5. People Management

   • Supervise and train drivers and guards to ensure operational discipline and service quality.

   • Conduct regular briefings and debriefings before and after CIT runs.

   • Evaluate team performance and recommend corrective actions or improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Transportation, Logistics, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport or logistics operations, preferably in Cash In Transit or security service industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Familiar with route planning, fleet management, and basic mechanical knowledge.

• Able to work under pressure and in shifts (including weekends or holidays).
