Translator for Bahasa, Indonesia and English

We are IT company and recruiting customer service on Indonesia development.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer service during system development communication, including the customer requirement, feedback from project development team, to improve the communication between customer and project development team.

2. Respond to specific questions and issues from customers; get headquarter team’s support to understand and solve the issue.

3. Conduct friendly communication with customers, respond to their inquiries, provide timely feedback to customer, and translate the accurate inquiries to project development team in English.

4. Support service localization incl. FAQ, email, script etc. (translate between Bahasa, Indonesia and English, including Chinese is preferrable. )

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Bahasa, Indonesian and English (both oral and written); Cantonese or Mandarin will be plus;

2. Bachelor or above degree;

3. Knowledge in Finance and Accounting, solid experience is advance.

1. Job experience in IT system development will be highly preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills, high empathy level, ability to communicate smoothly with customers and project development team.

3. Competency in MS office incl. word, excel etc.

One-year contract (Renewable):

In-House role

• Position with long-term strategic goals, so contract is renewable (may become permanent full-time employees)

• Salary increase will be considered when contract renewing
