Responsibilities:

1.Training:

• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments across the organization to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand specific training requirements for individual teams and employees.
• Develop and design training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and other multimedia content.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Facilitate training sessions for various employee groups, both in-person and virtually.
• Conduct post-training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.
• Prepare regular reports on training activities, program outcomes, and employee development progress for management review.

2.Organization Development:

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
• Implement career development frameworks and tools to support employees’ growth and advancement.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees seeking career guidance and development opportunities.
• Participate in organizational assessments and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational change.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and development, organizational development, or a related field, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing learning initiatives, including e-learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
• Knowledge of performance management and talent development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Certification in training, organizational development, or related areas is a plus.
