Training & Development Supervisor – Fast Growing International Company – Join us if you are aspiring to grow and develop to your full potential professionally!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training & Development Supervisor for the planning and implementation of the company’s training plans to improve employees’ professional skills and comprehensive quality. Assist in formulating training policies, managing training resources, make sure the training effectiveness and bringing up the management standard to World Class Manufacturing. Responsible for the overall training need, planning, development, implementation and follow-up of the company’s annual training plan. Complete the formulation and implementation of training projects to improve employees’ skills and overall level and support the company’s business development. Responsible for the Performance appraisal process included but not limited to formalize performance system, guide the team to set up performance index, manage the appraisal cycle and provide professional support on career counselling. Responsible for buildup World Class company culture, best management practices and great team spirit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Formulate the training plan based on the company’s business strategy.

  • Coordinate different resources to support training need, build up strong internal trainer team to design professional syllabus to support business development.

  • Based on PDCA cycle to collect feedback, formulate improvement measures and make sure training effectiveness.

  • Internal training, external training, orientation training, pre-job training, on-the-job training, job transfer training and promotion training of the company.

  • Responsible for new employees’ orientation training and various special training for on-the-job employees.

  • Responsible for employee satisfaction activities included but not limited to survey, data statistics and analysis.

  • Responsible for the training management reports and training analysis; provide constructive proposal and programs to bring up employee standards.

  • Responsible for performance system, provide full support on appraisal cycle and career counselling.

  • Responsible for assisting the factory audits and ISO system review.

Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics

o   Have management authority over the training module and supervision over the implementation of training within the company and each department, proficient in computers operations and office software; proficient in PPT skills.

o   Good communication Relationships Internal Units/Departments: Establish communication relationships with heads of relevant departments.

o   External Units/Departments: Establish communication relationships with external personnel required for training.

o   Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

o   Skilled in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines.

o   Promotion of corporate culture, best management practices and management employee relationship activities.

o   Good communication and coordination skills; familiar with training and performance system design; excellent presentation skills.

o   Proven personal characteristics for success in this position are, as follows:

  • Excellent presentation skills, strong communication and coordination skills, strong logical thinking ability, as well as strong verbal and written expression abilities, certain affability, good health and ability to work under pressure.

Education and Experience

o   Educational Requirement: College degree or above; priority given to majors in education, management or related fields.

o   More than 5 years of training management experience and performance appraisal; priority given to those with corporate training and performance experiences.

o   Fluent English; priority given to those with good Mandarin proficiency.

o   Professional Skills: Good communication and coordination skills; familiar with training and performance system design; excellent presentation skills.
