Facilitating the administration of all training program, database updating and organizing company’s training programs for all employees level, We are looking for you as:

  • Actively participate in creating and implementing training program 
  • Maintain training records up to date (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) including record in TELL database
  • Prepare and distribute training material (e.g. handout, evaluation forms, test, etc)
  • Act as a point-of-contact for employee to the topic related to the training
  • Submit reports on conducted training activities and results
  • Recommend improvements or new programs
  • Ensuring that employees follow established training guidelines and policies
  • Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment
  • Provide assistance to LEC technical & operator trainers conducting customer training programs
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of office procedures and billing
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work with BAAN system or equivalent ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Knowledge of customer service and support principle
