Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Trade Marketing Supervisor di kantor Orang Tua Group untuk daerah Jakarta Barat serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

  • Creating and implementing the trade marketing strategy
  • Building relationships with distribution channels.
  • Managing the promotional plan, identifying new promotional opportunities
  • Working closely with the marketing team to commercialize brand plans, looking at pack formats, pricing and promotions
  • Developing commercial toolboxes, including sell-in materials for the sales teams, and in-store (POS) materials for the retailers
  • Coaching and supporting the sales teams to execute effectively with customers
  • Managing the trade spend and allocating the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across all channels/customers

Key Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with minimal GPA of 3.00
  • You have prior experience 1 years within Trade Marketing.
  • You have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Develop and implement a plan, and continuously adapt to optimize results
  • Generate actionable insight from a range of data
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under stress

History

OT has transformed from a company that only produces traditional health drinks into a large organization that offers a wide range of daily necessities

1948

OT began its journey in Indonesia with traditional health drinks. In those early years, public acceptance of its products was good and OT expanded rapidly. Hence, OT build a second factory in Jakarta to support its operations in Semarang

1984

Along with changing consumers needs for everyday products, OT decided to venture into the business of consumer goods by investing in construction of production facilities and new business units. Toothpaste and toothbrush under the FORMULA brand were the first products manufactured. One year later, OT formed a holding company called ADA, which stands for Attention, Direction, and Action. Under the banner of ADA, which mean ‘available’ in the Indonesian language, business development, product diversification, and increasing production capacity continue to be the target of a successful run.

In this year, OT appointed PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang as its sole distributor, entrusted with handling and management of the OT product distribution channels throughout Indonesia.

1995

In this year, ADA was renamed ORANG TUA. The rich brand history and core values had rooted well in the Indonesian society, which presented a huge advantage for the company. After changing the name, the business developed rapidly.

In line with this progress, ORANG TUA decided to make changes to its logo that same year.

2004

In this year, the ORANG TUA (OT) logo was modernized again, to better reflect OT as a dynamic, energetic and youthful consumer goods companies, becoming a source of pride for all its employees.

At present, the business is still growing, with the addition of other OT business units and new products.
