The selected candidate for Trade Marketing Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, driving revenue growth, and maximising the impact of marketing efforts within trade channels.

Client Details

Tier 1 Global electrical manufacturer is seeking for aspiring professional for Trade Marketing Manager to join their company. The selected candidate for Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible to develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic, financial, and operational plans that align with the company’s mission and goals to achieve business targets

Description

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to create sales programs, pricing strategies, and trade promotions to maximise sales and achieve business targets.
• Monitoring and analysing market trends on competitor activities, and consumer insights related to trade channels.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Trade Marketing Managers work closely with various internal teams such as product management, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Tracking and evaluating trade marketing performance: Trade Marketing Managers monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives.

Profile

This role is based in Jakarta we are only looking for qualified candidate and Indonesian nationals are welcome to apply. Whilst fluency in English would be an advantage strong written and spoken Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, presentation and communication skill and able to give technical advice to the customers

Other key requirements include:

• A minimum 8 years experience in trade marketing
• Preferably also having B2B industrial product experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic marketing plans
• Proven track record of brand activation
• Proactive and able to initiate and communicate effective solutions with cross divisional stakeholders
• Have an excellent communication skill and able to handle multiple stakeholder
• Able to work independently
