Responsibilities

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. 1. Supporting Promotion Materials:

• Assist in creating promotional materials that highlight agency information, including activities, programs, membership details, and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and compelling content.

2. Translation and Proofreading:

• Translate external announcements, product features, policies, and campaign materials as needed.
• Proofread translated content to maintain accuracy and consistency.

3. In-App Platform Mastery:

• Learn and become proficient in using in-app and design platforms such as Canva and Capcut, etc., for content creation and design purposes.
• Utilize these tools to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of promotional materials.

4. Experience Data Sorting and Collection:

• Assist in sorting and organizing data related to user experiences, feedback, and analytics
• Support in the collection and analysis of data to inform marketing strategies

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Prior experience in translation, content creation, data sorting skills are preferred.
