• Actively participate in discussing the script & topic selections with the team
• Create video shooting plan and short video scripts independently or with a team according to the specific discussion result
• Modify the script according to the reviewer feedbacks in timely manner
• Responsible for shooting according to the script and guiding the actors to complete high-quality performances
• Cooperate with video editors to do short video post-production, opening titles, subtitles and other special effects packaging, and output into films

Requirements:

• Maximum aged 25 years old
• More than 1 year experience in short video, film and shooting
• Proficient in using the camera to shoot, understand the lens language, have high aesthetics, have strong script execution ability, and understand composition
• Have in-depth knowledge of professional video and sound software. (such as PR, final cut pro, AU)
• Have a strong sense of lens and rhythm, and are good at using various shooting, editing techniques, sound effects, and music to render the picture effect
• Possess good writing skills, rigorous logical thinking, rich imagination, strong creative enthusiasm, and skilled script writing skills
• Understand short videos, have a deep understanding of the content, have a large amount of reading and long-term reading habits
• Love the Internet, actively using various short video new media platforms, and familiar with the current popular hotspots and Internet languages
• Understand the trends and hot topics from current film and television works, be open-minded, and have good topic selection and planning skills
• Have a sufficient understanding of the language of the sub-shots, have the ability to reduce the loss of effects when words are transformed into pictures
• Majors in film, drama, literature and other related majors are preferers
• Have portfolio in producing short dramas or other film and television works scripts are preferred
• Will be located at Sedayu City (near with Kelapa Gading)
