Job Responsibilities

  1. Be fully responsible for the overall planning and operational management of the Tiktok live Streaming project, formulate live Streaming strategies and goals, and ensure the smooth implementation of live Streaming activities and the achievement of goals.

  2. Responsible for live Streaming product selection, collaborate with the supply chain team to screen high-quality products that meet the live Streaming positioning and user needs, and control product quality and price.

  3. Plan live Streaming target and execution plans, including live Streaming process arrangement, interactive session settings, promotional activity planning, etc., to increase user engagement and conversion rates.

  4. Manage the live Streaming team, including the recruitment, training, assessment and incentives of anchors, assistants, field control and other personnel, to create an efficient and collaborative live Streaming team.

  5. Monitor live Streaming data, including number of viewers, interaction rate, conversion rate, sales, etc., conduct data analysis and review, and optimize live Streaming strategies and operation plans.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in e-commerce, marketing, media, etc. is preferred.

  2. Possess solid theoretical knowledge of marketing and live Streaming operation.

  3. Proficient in English communication skills, Chinese is a plus

  4. 2 years or more of experience in Tiktok live Streaming operation and management, with successful live Streaming cases & experience handling new brand preferred.

  5. Be familiar with Tiktok platform rules and algorithms and understand the dynamics and trends of the live Streaming industry.

  6. Have experience in product selection, planning and execution of e-commerce live Streaming, and be able to independently complete the operation and management of live Streaming projects.

  7. Proficient in using Tiktok live Streaming related tools and platforms, and able to perform live Streaming data analysis and optimization.

  8. Possess excellent planning and creative abilities and be able to plan live Streaming themes and activity plans that attract users.

  9. Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
