• Conduct thorough inquiries into potential cases of integrity, fraud, or conflict of interest among e-commerce employees using multiple reporting channels and data analysis methods.
• Check and review annual risk management plan against identified group major risks by business.
• Check and review risk assessment items, categories, and situations based on direction from business.
• Liaise with internal respective division or group to review own risks within the company.
• Provide regular monitoring and reporting of operational performance, and maintain data dashboards.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders through case management.
• Support cross-functional projects through project planning, implementation, and testing.
• Identify areas for performance improvements and implement them where practicable.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify compliance risks and develop recommendations for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications: – Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of relevant work experience in corporate risk control/big four consulting, forensics, risk management/governance/due diligence, etc. Preferred Qualifications:

– Upright, self-motivated and principled, rigorous and steady, with strong communication, coordination and promotion capabilities. – Capable of resilience and logical thinking in a challenging work environment. – Have good logical analysis and business understanding skills, good insight, and be good at summarizing.
