• Control the live room rhythm
• Cooperate and interact with Tiktok host to explain the product, enhance interaction, establish and maintain a good relationship with the followers
• Cooperate with TikTok host to implement various marketing plans to enhance the atmosphere of the live broadcast room
• Immediately solve all of the problems and any unusual occurrence that happen during live session
• Summarise each live session of the host, and guide the host to make corrections in a timely manner, avoid violating platform and company rules
• Ensure that the host’s social interaction is correct and effective for long-term development
• Analyse real time live room data during live broadcast and create the improvement plan
• Analyse and provide the reports on metrics such as daily/weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and competitor research in a timely manner
• Manage all assigned online stores activities. i.e. upload products, set product prices, handle customers inquiries and chat
• Increase product exposures, page views and convention rate
• Manage and monitor the delivery process and after sales follow up on assigned account
• Create a good relationship with the platform AM
• Maintain the live broadcast room by ensuring the lighting effect and other equipment’s are running smoothly, ensure the cleanliness of the live broadcast room

Requirements:

• Aged maximum 30 years old
• Educational background: Bachelor degree from any major is welcome to apply. Have experiences on Tiktok Live operations would be preferred
• Has passion on E-commerce and Live Streaming
• Fully understand various E-commerce platforms live streaming flow and rules. Has in-depth knowledge on Tiktok Live Streaming Platform, Tiktok Live Streaming flow, strategies and its functions would be preferred
• Extrovert and confident
• Have good communication and coordination skills and strong execution ability
• Have a sense of responsibility, strong adaptability, quick thinking, and be able to deal with emergencies in the live broadcast
• Has strong planning, copywriting and operations skills
• Has the ability in convincing the customer to make buying decisions
• Have a good command in English
• Will be located at Sedayu City (near with Kelapa Gading)
