We are hiring a TikTok Content Creator Specialist (Fulltime and Internship are welcome) to join a collaborative and innovative team in PT. Equinox Teknologi Indonesia. This is a strictly Work From Office (WFO) position, open to relocation, and willing to work with shifts. Salary negotiable. Positions available: 2.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create compelling short video content on TikTok to engage and captivate the audience.
• Stay updated with social media trends, especially on TikTok, and implement them creatively in our content strategy.
• Master the various features provided by TikTok to enhance the quality and reach of our videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas and strategies.
• Conduct research on viral content and develop innovative ideas to keep our TikTok presence fresh and exciting.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our TikTok content, and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and reach.

Job Qualifications:

• Maximum 24 years old
• Ability to communicate in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Understanding of TikTok as a platform, including its features, trends, and best practices.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, trends, and tools related to TikTok content creation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in video editing skills Passion for content creation and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Fast learner and a desire to grow professionally.
