Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Ticketing Staff with Fluent English Skills di perusahaan ATI Business Group untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat & Tangerang atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Hotel/Restoran & Hotel/Pariwisata serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk syarat yang PT kami inginkan ialah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Staff to support our clients. If you are passionate about the Travel industry with prior experience in GDS systems and fluent communication in English.

Responsibilities:

Compute ticket costs and issue and reissue ticket
Ensures targets are met for each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma 3 from any major.
Preferably having a work experience in Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff.
Preferably has at least 1 year experience in using GDS (amadeus, galileo, sabre, etc.) and at least 1 year experience in Customer Service field.
Fluent in written & spoken English is a must.
Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays).
Willing to work at North Point, BSD City
