Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Ticketing Officer to join our team in Jakarta. As a Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ticketing and reservations for our corporate clients. Your role will involve coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticketing and Reservations: Handle bookings, issue tickets, and manage reservations for corporate clients according to their travel requirements.
• Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all arrangements meet client preferences and budget guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice and recommendations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents. Prepare reports as required by management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and travel restrictions, staying updated with changes and updates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Ticketing Officer or similar role within the travel industry, ideally in corporate travel management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using ticketing software (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking platforms. Familiarity with travel management tools is advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing bookings and maintaining records.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team goals and initiatives.

Education and Certifications:

• Certification in ticketing and reservations systems (e.g., IATA certification) is a plus.
