Job Description

Test Planning And Preparation:

– Define Test Objectives, Requirements, And Success Criteria.

– Develop Test Plans, Cases, And Scripts.

– Coordinate With Vendors For Necessary Tools.

Field Testing Execution:

– Conduct Tests In Various Environments.

– Install, Configure, And Troubleshoot Equipment.

– Analyze Test Data For Performance Metrics.

Issue Identification And Resolution:

– Document And Prioritize Issues.

– Collaborate With Development Teams For Solutions.

– Provide Feedback For Product Improvements.

Reporting And Documentation:

– Prepare Detailed Test Reports.

– Maintain Accurate Records Of Test Activities.

– Present Results And Recommendations.

Continuous Improvement:

– Stay Updated On Industry Trends.

– Participate In Training And Development.

– Identify Opportunities For Process Enhancement.

Requirement

1. Education: A Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field Is Required. A Master’s Degree Or Relevant Certifications (SKNNI Developer) Are Desirable But Not Mandatory.

2. Experience:

– Have Experience In Field Testing, Preferably In The Telecommunications, Networking, Or Technology Industry.

– Proven Experience In Conducting Field Tests, Troubleshooting Network Issues, And Validating Product Performance Under Real-World Conditions.

– Familiarity With Field Test Equipment, Tools, And Methodologies Commonly Used In The Industry.

3. Technical Skills:

– Proficiency In Testing Methodologies, Including Test Planning, Test Case Design, Execution, And Reporting.

– Strong Knowledge Of Networking Protocols And Technologies (E.G., TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G) And Their Applications In Field Testing Scenarios.

– Experience With Test Automation Tools (E.G., Selenium, Appium, JMeter) And Scripting Languages (E.G., Python, Perl) For Automated Testing.

4. Analytical Skills:

– Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Encountered During Field Tests.

– Ability To Analyze Test Results, Identify Trends, And Provide Recommendations For Improvement Or Optimization.

5. Communication Skills:

– Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Test Plans, Findings, And Recommendations To Internal Stakeholders And Clients.

– Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, And Customers, To Coordinate Testing Activities And Address Issues.
