Responsibilities :

• Detail-minded, result-oriented, strong conceptual & analytical skill

• Understand test plan and defect tracking

• Familiarity with PCBA and electronic schematic diagrams.

• Responsible for participating in the DFM review of assembly-related fixtures, equipment, and auxiliary tools, and

• for verifying the effectiveness of fixtures and equipment before production

• Responsible for developing assembly process flow and cooperating with domestic IE to develop manufacturing hours

• Familiar with the assembly and structure of products, understand the structure of electroacoustic products, and be able to use dimensional tolerances and fits reasonably

• PE(ME) requirements (Indonesian factory):

• Responsible for the production of relevant documents such as PCP/PFMEA/SOP, etc

• Improve and optimize mass production processes, reduce material losses in the production process, and achieve process standardization

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct

• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem

• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications :

• Language proficiency(Written and spoken): English, Indonesian, and Mandarin would be preferred

• Computer proficiency: Able to use Office for reporting

• Work experience: At least 2 years of PE/PIE work experience in a large EMS manufacturing enterprise, with experience in a headphone factory being a priority

• Familiarity with PCBA and electronic schematic diagrams.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Test Engineer in a manufacturing environment

• Familiar with Technical (PHP, JS, HTML, LARAVEL, LABVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++, C#, PHYTON, Microcontroller, PLC, SQL,AUTOCAD, COREL DRAW, ALTIUM, EAGLE, PROTEUS, EWB, CST, FIGMA, MATLAB, MINITAB and Microsoft Office)
