Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Telesales/Telemarketing serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.500.000 - Rp 5.700.000.

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales/Telemarketing & Online Sales Specialist to join our sales team. This hybrid role requires a candidate who possesses exceptional communication skills for both phone-based interactions and online engagement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by effectively reaching out to potential customers through telesales and leveraging online platforms to maximize our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

Telesales/Telemarketing:

  • Initiate outbound calls to a diverse range of potential customers using lead lists and databases.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services and tailor pitches to resonate with the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Engage in consultative selling, actively listening to prospects’ concerns and addressing their questions.
  • Overcome objections and rejections with persistence and professionalism, converting prospects into qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow-ups for further engagement.
  • Building Up Database List for Follow up and Sales

Online Sales:

  • Manage our online sales platforms, including e-commerce websites and social media channels.
  • Create and optimize engaging online product listings with compelling descriptions and visuals.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage with customers through live chat, emails, and comments.
  • Leverage social media and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to our online platforms and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor online sales trends, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving online sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices and trends to enhance the customer online shopping experience.

Requirements:

Telesales/Telemarketing:

  • Proven track record in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role, demonstrating success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential customers over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to effectively guide conversations toward successful outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM software to accurately document interactions and manage leads.

Online Sales:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital content creation.
  • Ability to analyze online sales data and generate insights for strategy refinement.
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling online product descriptions and responses.
