Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi TELEMARKETING TEAM LEADER di tempat usaha PT Elevatione Kosmetik Dan Aksesori untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Pemimpin Tim/Supervisor (Call Center & Layanan Konsumen) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Qualification:

  • Must be able to work and lead a team of telesales
  • Must do on the spot verification of booking some telemarketer
  • Cold calling and making multiple calls to potential customer
  • Meeting all in daily dialled quota
  • Able to make booking for customers service while explaining our sales promotion and what the products do and how they can benefit from the brand
  • Achieve sales target set by the company
  • Answering potential customer’s question and follow up
  • Maintaining records on all calls, collect data and update information as necessary

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any field
  • At least 4 years experiences as Telesales / Telemarketing Team Leader
  • Result driven, persistence, time management, telephone outbound cold calling telephone sales
  • Must be able to work in a call centre environment with high energy daily
  • Must be able to work 6 days in a week
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to learn script and follow script as directed and set out by the company on what to sell and or what product and services to sell over the phone
  • Must be sales oriented and goal oriented
  • Ability to remind calm under-pressure
  • Working location: Kuningan City Mall, Jakarta Selatan
