Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling and Prospecting:

   • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and occasional messaging to potential clients (prospects) or existing customers.

   • Perform cold calling and follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, or trade shows.

2. Lead Qualification (Discovery):

   • Engage prospects to understand their current business challenges, IT infrastructure, and specific needs related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other SAP solutions.

   • Apply qualification frameworks (like BANT – Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to determine the prospect’s readiness and suitability for a sales engagement.

3. SAP Solution Introduction:

   • Articulate a clear and concise value proposition for relevant SAP products (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, SAP SuccessFactors).

   • Provide basic information on features, benefits, and how the SAP solution addresses the prospect’s pain points.

4. Objection Handling and Inquiry Management:

   • Address initial questions and overcome common objections regarding SAP solutions, implementation timelines, and pricing structures.

   • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and professional brand experience.

5. Appointment Setting:

   • Successfully set up and schedule qualified meetings, product demonstrations, or consulting sessions for the Field Sales Representatives or SAP Consultants.

6. CRM Management and Reporting:

   • Maintain meticulous records of all communications, lead statuses, and progress within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM).

   • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, conversion rates, and the quality of leads generated.

7. Goal Achievement:

   • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, talk time, and the quota of Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) handed over to the sales team.

Qualification:
1. 1–3 years of experience in B2B telesales or inside sales.
2. Knowledge of SAP products or enterprise software (preferred).
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. CRM and lead management system experience.
5. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or IT (preferred) and min experience 3 years in this position.
