Lowongan Kerja Medan Posisi Telemarketing Officer di Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk., PT

What Will You Do:

• Conduct sales campaigns by telephone (outbound leads activity) and receive incoming calls to hotline numbers (inbound leads activity) to promote iForte products and services
• Make phone calls to prospective customers who respond to advertisements
• Handling orders, complaints, and questions about the needs and problems raised regarding products or services via email, and social media (Correspondent activity)
• Recap and input data Sales Call (obtain customer information, including names and addresses) to be followed up by Sales Team
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories and purchase lists
• Contact customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions
• Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure maximizing the data outputs.

What Will You Need:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Telemarketing/Telesales role.
• Minimum Diploma’s degree in any major.
• Preferably have experience in Telemarketing B2B / Leads Generator.
• Good communication skills.
• Relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills, and problem-solving.
• An active and self-driven person.
• Knowing Microsoft Excel.
