Technician is reporting to Facility Manager, this person is responsible for general fix-it specialists who use problem-solving and technical skills to solve household maintenance problems.

Responsibility:

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment.
• Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
• Repairs air conditioning, appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, flooring, heating and cooling, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, site buildings, roofs, windows, ceilings, etc
• Advises operators and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
• Informs appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.

Qualifications:

• Required age maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, & AC), Electrical Installation, Machine and Equipment Maintenance, Electronic Appliances Repair.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka
