Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Teknik Mesin (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 6.600.000.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff member to join our property management team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all properties under our management are well-maintained, safe, and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on properties.
  • Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  • Address maintenance requests from tenants and property owners in a timely manner.
  • Ensure pools, gardens, and common areas are well-maintained and clean.
  • Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and basic HVAC systems.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report any major issues.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders.
  • Availability for emergency repairs or on-call duties when required.
