Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Technical Support Professional di kantor PT Principia Management Group untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Pelayanan & Teknikal & Bantuan Pelanggan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang kita butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 10.000.000.

Requirements:

  • Potential talent, maximum 30 years old
  • Degree in information technology, system information, or computer science.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Required Technical Skills.
  • Good working and fundamental knowledge on:
  1. Microsoft 365 Cloud, including OneDrive, Teams, and 365 applications.
  2. Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  3. Microsoft Windows 11 OS..
  4. Familiarity with the Microsoft Patching process and procedure.
  5. Cloud Networking like Cisco Meraki, Wired, and Wireless technologies (having a CCNA certificate is a plus).
  6. Good working knowledge of managing iOS and Android devices to device management.
  7. HP or equivalent printer troubleshooting.
  8. Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
  9. Familiarity with SaaS applications like BOX, DropBox, and Nimble will be an advantage.

Job Description:

  • You will be right at the heart of matters as you need to deal directly with employees and end users who have technical problems such as trouble with their email accounts, forgotten passwords, or viruses.
  • Technical Support responsibilities include:
  1. Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  2. Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  3. Logging the queries of employees.
  4. Analysis of call logs to discover any underlying issues or trends.
  5. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  6. Testing and evaluating new technology.
  7. Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
  8. Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, to set up a system or fix a fault.
  9. Provide support to various business applications.
  10. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  11. Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  12. Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  13. Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  14. Logging the queries of employees.
