PT. Nabel Sakha Gemilang is a distributor of B2B lubricants. We are looking for a Technical Support with experience in Industrial Lubricants B2B and able to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. We are currently looking for highly talented candidates to fill the position we need.

Job Responsibilities:

• Field visit to check and collect lubricant specification data of customer
• Explore the production process to find out which parts can be applied using company products
• Provide recommendations / alternative or equivalent solutions for every customer request that has used other similar products
• Provide technical support for sales team
• Presenting product knowledge presentation to customer
• Prepare basic product knowledge training materials for sales and sales admin
• Coordinate with the principle for up-to-date products and knowledge.
• Follow up service calls due to customer complaints and coordinate with the principle to follow up the non-receipt of goods if any.

Requirements:

• Candidates possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Lubricant Industry.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Proficiency in English both oral and written.
• Having knowledge in mechanical industry.
• Able to drive a car and having driver license (SIM A).
• Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
