Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (TSE) di perusahaan PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara untuk kota/kab Cilegon serta sekitarnya.
Skill yang PT kami inginkan ialah Teknik & Teknik Kimia serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Currently, We are seeking a highly self-motivated and a good team player individual to join our winning team as :
TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (TSE)
As the key member of the Technical team, the candidate should has the following criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.0 (scale 4.0).
- Working experience 3 years in petrochemical/plastic Industry in TS/PD/QC. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply but experience in Polymer would be advantages.
- Has knowledge, skill, & experience in Plastic technology is preferred.
- Smart, confidence, and able to convey positive image of the company.
- Persuasive, has good negotiation & excellent presentation skill, strong analytical thinking, and problem solving.
- Good communication in English & Bahasa (written and spoken).
- Willing to learn & work hard independently as well as in a team.
- Has no color blind.
- Willing to be placed in Merak – Banten, and travelling to customers (50%).
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Provide advice to customers on grade selection, use and processing of LOTTE CHEMICALS TITAN Products.
- To conduct customer trial and raise report.
- Set up and monitor sample delivery system and raise report.
- Provide assistance to customers to help resolve processing of finished product problems and raise report.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances and raise report.
- Identify customer and end-user requirements and recommend development of new or improved products.
- To identify the market acceptance of our product including competitive situation compared to competitor products.
- Take responsibility for selected aspects of the development of new or improved products through trial preparation, customer trial, and product monitoring.
- Develop technical expertise in selected market segments.
- Assist in the solution of product property problems or testing problem to Product Development, QC & Production team.

In 1990, four companies – BP Chemicals Investments Limited (BP), Mitsui $ Co Ltd, Sumitomo Corporation and PT. Arseto Petrokimia formed PT. Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo (PT.PENI) to manufacture polyethylene at a 36-hectare site in Merak, Cilegon in Banten Province. PT. PENI with a production capacity of 450 KTA (kilo tones per annum) became Indonesia’s First and Largest polyethylene producer.
Polyethylene (PE) is one of the world’s most widely used polymers and PE products are easily found in our dauly lives; raging from simple basic shopping bags to food containers and a host of other sophisticated products. As a safe and non-toxic product, polyethylene is ideal for aily usage where hygiene and safety are priorites especially in hospitals, laboratories and other contaminant-sensitive areas. In these environments polyethelene is used in items like syringes, tubes, catheres and fluid bags. In Marc 2006, PT.PENI was acquired by Malaysia-based Titan Chemicals Corp. Bhd. In 2008, Titan Chemical Corp. Sdn. Bhd. acquired PT. Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri, Tbk (FPNI) and put PT. PENI as subsidiary of FPNI. FPNI was changed the name to PT. Titan Kimia Nusantara, Tbk and PT. PENI become PT. TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara. In July 2010, Malaysia Titan Chemical Corp was acquired by Lotte Chemical, the core company of the Lotte Group’s Chemical Division. In 2013, PT. Titan Kimia Nusantara, Tbk changes the name to PT. Lotte Chemical Titan , Tbk and PT. TITAN Petrokimia Nusantara changes the name to PT. Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara.
