Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute against articulated accounts/prospects in the sales plan.
• Understand customer needs and create value-added product solutions.
• Manage sales including distributors, wholesalers, brokers, and end-user management.
• Adapt product usage and solutions to grow account volume and profitability.
• Utilize solution selling to expand product mix and volume.
• Develop and expand new customer base. Leverage relationships and knowledge of colleagues to identify and secure new accounts to achieve overall “new business” targets and goals.
• Assist in product launches.
• Demonstrate product usage and application (recipes, ingredient blends, decorations, etc.).
• Conduct promotional activities to increase sales volume.
• Address customer issues with empathy.
• Handle customer complaints and problems. Assist in coordinating relationships between distributors & wholesalers/outlets.
• Provide technical services related to product usage and appropriate business development to customers and outlets.
• Support new outlet openings. Participate in trade shows as needed.
• Provide periodic reports on work arrangements, customer information, competitor information, and others as needed.
• Develop an understanding of the market and trends to drive sales.
• Continuously learn new sales skills & technologies to drive sales performance.
• Comply with local government requirements/restrictions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field or background (Hotel or Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or Similar)
• Experience as a Pastry chef/Cook/Culinary chef/Barista in the Hotel, Foodservice, or Food Specialist industry is an advantage.
• Required skills: Sales, Baking, Pastry, Cake decoration, Culinary art, Cooking, Latte art, Barista, Hospitality, Technical Sales, Food Specialist, Food Demonstration, Technical Advisor.
• Possess a personal vehicle.
• Proven ability to develop and accomplish sales and budget forecasts
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, listening)
