Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Technical Sales Engineer to help us expand our client and market. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales plan with direction from BDM
  • Analyze market trends and spot opportunities to develop new business and/or services within existing markets/new accounts or new markets/new accounts
  • Continuously generate client facing time with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with Technical team to identify and grow opportunities together for the selected markets/accounts at global, regional and local level
  • Writing winning proposals with support from Technical team
  • Prepare sales reports on market and account status and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Responsible to maintain market, account, contact information & opportunity / proposal pipeline progress

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Engineering, Business or equivalent from a local or overseas reputable University
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
  • Knowledge of consultancy, engineering & construction services
  • Proven work experience with consultative selling as a Sales Executive or other relevant role
  • Existing network with Multinational cooperation
  • Willing to travel extensively the defined territory to construction sites
  • Understanding market trends and themes like sustainability, supply chain and innovation in industrial context
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Team player who actively engages others in the commercial process, including exposure to clients
