Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Technical Sales Manager (Steel Structure) di kantor PT. Nova Buildings Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah min D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers towards achieving the business targets and objectives for local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
  • Ability to execute highly complex or specialised projects, adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
  • Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs, and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with customers and business/channel partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Compliance to the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies and programs to ensure safety programs, policies, requirements, analysis, reports, and plans meet applicable safety standards and local and international laws.
  • Perform OHSE inspections and audits and provide safety orientation and induction courses and other training.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in structural steel building material products, steel fabrication or construction industry (Structural Steel Construction).
  • Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets.
  • Strong networking in structural steel or construction industry and connection with Architects / Engineers & Consultants.
  • Having basic technical knowledge on steel building design, codes and requirements.
  • Prior experience at representing an organization and solid presentation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent Communication and Written Skills in English.
  • Solid Presentation Skill in English.
