As a technical Sales Manager for food ingredients Division, you will be at the forefront of driving creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to revolutionize our client’s product portfolio. Your role to find out the current market trend in food and beverage industry and then come up with new product creation that will be beneficial for the potential clients

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing product innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate insights into actionable product concepts.
• Drive the end-to-end innovation process, from ideation and prototyping to commercialization.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics to inform innovation strategy.
• Develop business cases and conduct market assessments to assess product viability and potential.
• Champion innovation culture by fostering collaboration, experimentation, and learning within the team.
• Analyze market feedback and performance metrics to refine product offerings and drive continuous improvement.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong project management skills, including cross-functional team leadership and collaboration.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
