Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Technical Project Sourcing Specialist di perusahaan PT Syspex Kemasindo untuk domisili Tangerang & Banten serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Pembelian, Pengadaan & Inventaris (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

  • Monitoring                                             
    • Verify PR (Purchase Requisitions) by comparing items requested to available master stock list and clarifying unclear items with requester in order to comply with PR specifications.   
    • Register new item’s code to SAP for future reference in master stock list.                       
    • Distribute approved PO to suppliers on time in order to be delivered within the agreed schedule.
    • Notify Finance & Accounting and Logistic on any issued PO for monitoring delivery/import schedule, payment and goods receiving arrangement.
    • Monitor production time lead to ensure timely delivery/shipment arrangement                                                  
  • Sourcing & category management
    • Source, compare and assess suppliers’ bids and proposals to seek maximum value for Company through time and cost agreements without compromising the qualify.
    • Establish and negotiate terms and conditions with appointed suppliers in compliance with Sypex’s policy and procedures.
    • Prepare PO (Purchase Order) by verifying specifications and price and obtaining approval from requisitioning department.                                                      
  • Shipment Monitoring                                          
    • Coordinate shipment from Supplier for import items including carrier selection, customs clearance, shipping documents preparation, registration and verification, transport arrangement from port to destination and claims on failed shipment in order to ensure cost efficient and timely delivery.                                                  
    • Coordinate with Finance to settle the customs fee on time to avoid unnecessary cost 
    • Input estimated Landed Cost in associate with freight and handling cost to generate calculation of Cost of Good Sales (COGS) 
    • Verify all invoices for import carriers and clearance agents with supporting documents upon submitting payment request to Finance for correct and timely payment process.
    • Update adjustment of landed cost in” Additional Costs” template to generate accurate sales & profit report.                                                         
  • Supplier Relationship Management
    • Manage critical, time-sensitive and complex issues, including contract documentation, damages collection, claims processing and deliveries to ensure flawless contract execution.                                                         
    • Evaluate existing suppliers’ performance by analysing their ability to comply with contractual obligations annually for improvement                                         
    • Cost Saving monitoring for COGS, including freight rates, transportation, forwarder changers related                                                          
  • Operational Excellence                                      
    • Maintain and enhance all logistic operation, warehouse and delivery management in compliance with Company’s policy and procedures.                                                
    • Maintain records of goods ordered and received to avoid outstanding PR 
  • KPI review                                            
    • Submit the KPIs in timely manner                                                           
    • Ensure KPI achieve for Time delivery                                                     
    • Do review with Leader regulary

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduated
  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Supply chain/ Logistic, Procurement and warehouse management
  • Having experience & knowledge in technical is preferred
  • Willing to travel if needed
  • Have experience in using SAP B1 is preferred
