Job description

We are seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, project management experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to plans and identifying/mitigating risks.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to manager.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Understand the technical aspects of projects and provide guidance to the technical team.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other technical staff to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, providing clear and concise updates.
  • Facilitate communication between different teams and departments involved in projects.
• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project outcomes.
• Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
   
• Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of Microsoft Visual Studio (.NET & C#)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (JIRA, Asana, etc.).
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and programming languages is a plus (WPF/XML, windows API, android)
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Language : English
• Mandarin is preferably
• Experience in a specific industry or technology domain.
