Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Technical Manager (EOI) di kantor CBRE Pte Ltd untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Manufaktur & Pemeliharaan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Gelar Professional. Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Operational Excellence
  • Assist in the development of technical services Playbooks, SOP’s and SOW across the portfolio related to mechanical, electrical & building operations/maintenance/repair activities, minor works projects, communications, energy management, sustainability, and manpower development programs.
  • Develop program plans, schedule, milestones, and monitor technical progress against performance objectives and budget and assist in creating pathways for self-delivery service of technical works.
  • Assist in developing all technical training requirements and programs including competency assessments, critical services training and scenario training exercises. Provide a close follow up on the deployment/implementation of all trainings
  • Conducts and assists with inspections and surveys, including audits and system performance analysis of mechanical, electrical and building system components, environmental and accessibility compliance.
  • Support the activities of on-going and future work and be familiar with the interaction of the technology/system program with the respective community at large.
  • Responsible setting of KPI’s and management of team relative to performance goals, in view of technical/engineering matters
Technical Sales/Bid Solutions
  • Conduct site technical due diligence/surveys and work with BD/Sales Team to develop the solution for the site technical operation, maintenance, and repair (OMR) for the account and CMT as and when required
  • Assist the Country Head in the development of savings plans/innovations with Operations and other platform teams. Support in ensuring profitability of the Business Unit.
  • Support the successful implementation of the technical self-perform (both static and mobile workforce) within the market segment.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of recent and relevant programmatic and technical support experience.
  • Proficiency in program management and M&E/systems engineering with strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge in industrial/commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems as well as system automation controls.
  • Knowledge and understanding of asset maintenance CMMS systems i.e. IBM Maximo, FaciliWorks, Service Insights, etc. equivalent software. (preferable)
  • Experience working in both facilities/maintenance & repair in large industrial manufacturing plant and construction/engineering design field highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and/or other equivalent program management tools. Proficient in CAD software will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing to a P/L desirable
Communication
  • Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and be independently motivated.
  • Ability to present complex issues at an appropriate level to audience understandingAbility to comprehend, analyse, and interpret the most complex business documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
  • Ability to write technical reports, manuals, and articles using distinctive style.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
