We are, an IT Managed Services Provider, looking for high qualified Engineers to join our team as “TECHNICAL MANAGER“. We are managing IT infrastructure for many US based organizations.

Job Summary:
The Technical Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating technical activities within the department. This position requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the organization’s projects, products, or services. The Technical Manager is responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve project objectives. 
   
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
   
• Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, helping to solve complex technical challenges.
   
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines. Work closely with other managers to ensure optimal utilization of technical resources.
   
• Communication: Foster clear and effective communication within the technical team and with stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role in large organizations.
• Proven experience in project management and successful delivery of technical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Having experience managing at least 20 team members.
