About the role

Edsen Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team in Jakarta. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our clients within the Information & Communication Technology industry. With a focus on consultancy services, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.

What you’ll be doing

Assess client’s technical requirements and pain points to develop effective solutions

Design, implement and optimise complex IT systems and infrastructure

Provide expert technical advice and support to clients throughout project lifecycle

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Document processes, procedures and technical specifications

Participate in client meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

What we’re looking for

Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or IT Consultant, preferably within the ICT industry

Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects and solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies, tools and best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
