We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Development specializing in automotive and industrial lubricants, as well as commercial tires. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of technical product, market dynamics and a strategic approach to driving product success. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing technical aspects, managing databases, exploring market needs, and forging strong partnerships to elevate our product offerings.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate comprehensive expertise in automotive & industrial lubricants and commercial tire specifications.
• Oversee two vital divisions: Category (managing automotive parts database) and Business Development (identifying parts suppliers, optimizing profitability).
• Regularly conduct competitor analyses and proactively mitigate technical risks.
• Deliver comprehensive internal and customer training on product features and capabilities.
• Act as a product evangelist and technical authority, fostering collaboration within internal teams and the wider technical community.
• Identify, analyze, and translate customer needs into precise product requirements.
• Stay updated on technical industry trends, assessing emerging technologies for strategic business value.
• Coordinate intensively with lubricant and tire Brand Principal partners.

Who you are:

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• 3-5 years of proven technical product management experience within automotive or industrial sectors.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering from high reputed universities either in Indonesia or overseas.
• Exceptional team player exhibiting leadership qualities and individual reliability.
• Based in Jakarta with frequent travel to Semarang to drive market development and collaborate with the Central Java sales team.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering open dialogue within teams, external partners, and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
• Display agility in navigating industry shifts, swiftly adjusting strategies to align with evolving market trends.
