Our client is looking for a Technical Baker based in East Java who has a strong operational skill. This job would require an extensive leadership skill with good time and relationship management there will be extensive liaison managing various departments across the company.

Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Technical Baker to assist the process and production function.

Description

• Record and monitor production variables, downtime, and product samples to ensure accurate blending of raw materials using weight or automatic metering systems.
• Document time and temperature points as per recipe specifications to meet quality standards.
• Actively contribute to the Performance System.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with external service providers.
• Verify maintenance work completed by Maintenance Technicians.
• Train team members on newly installed or modified process and utility control systems.
• Ensure contractors deliver comprehensive programs for worked-on systems and provide training for relevant personnel.

Profile

• Hold an Associate’s Degree or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with pressure controls, control circuits, programmable controllers, drive units, variable frequency drives, scales, monitoring systems, sensors, and security systems within an industrial setting
• Working experience from multinational company is a plus
