Job Description

• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
• Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets
• Working closely with the IT security team on security related issues and escalation
• Maintain IT infrastructure best practices, documentation, source code and follow the necessary security regulations
• Managing the infrastructure support queue, ensuring all tickets are resolved/fulfilled within SLA and customer satisfaction targets
• Working closely with the OTT platform vendor on DevOps requirements and requests
• Build, deploy and maintain CI/CD pipeline/practices
• Monitor Infrastructure using tools and respond to alerts responsively
• Support ISO and internal audit activities
• Support BCP and DRP exercise as required
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on activities and KPI

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical skill
• Proficient using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in network, hardware and shared storage technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages and scripts (Java, C#, Python, etc)
• Proficiency in Linux OS (Ubuntu, Redhat, CentOS, etc)
• Knowledge of setting up and managing cloud computing services like platform as a service (PaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) in AWS, GCP, AZURE and other mainstream cloud providers
• Experience in DevOps practices
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• After office hour response, standby, and support is expected for high priority issues and high-profile events

Persyaratan minimum:
