Penempatan SUBARU Indonesia
Job descriptions:
- Effectively manage member enquiry channels including telephony, digital and face to face on automotive advice, guidance, or technical assistance.
- Aid members in understanding complex automotive concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Willing to travel if deeper analysis is needed and provide decisions clearly in handling technical problems at each dealer
- Can carry out analysis of technical problems and can provide decisions on warranty approval for Technical Issue
- Provide an adequate and professional reply to dealers after reading all the information provided and reviewing all the internal information and systems, Current Issues library, Service Information Bulletins, Warranty History, etc.
- Initiate the escalation of cases to Principal Technical Support as required in order to expedite the repairs of the vehicles to get diagnosed and repaired properly as required.
- Review and identify trends from product issues that are received.
- Maintain open communication and gather feedback from dealers in the field in regard to product issues and trends.
Job qualifications:
- Qualifications and experience within the passenger vehicle automotive industry;
- Solid technical background in automotive repairs and diagnostics.
- Proven experience in achieving KPI’s and objectives individually and as part of a team;
- Previous exposure and use of relevant packages including MS Word, Excel and automotive related systems;
- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision;
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously;
- Flexibility to travel.
- 5-8 years in technical training, technical advisor and working experience as Master Technician level for Japanese or European brand passenger vehicles.
