Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the comprehensive range of products offered by the Physical Properties Testing Division.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager and provide unwavering support to the sales engineer.
• Offer expert assistance in diverse tasks, encompassing application, equipment demonstration, meticulous installation, system configuration, precise maintenance, troubleshooting, initialization, repair, and exacting testing services.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of existing systems and operations, contributing to the formulation of proactive preventive maintenance strategies.
• Swiftly identify and deploy effective solutions for potential issues.
• Take on the role of the team’s foremost technical expert and serve as a reliable source for addressing intricate technical challenges.
• Expertly perform installations and configurations of operating systems, software, and hardware components, meticulously documenting the processes, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer databases, work activities, quotes, and detailed notes using the ZOHO CRM system.

Requirements:

• Experience: Preferably, you have three or more years of experience in a technical role.
• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
• Time Management: Excel at time management, balancing independent work with teamwork.
• Client Relationships: Build strong client relationships with your excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
• On the Move: You have your own car and are ready to embark on frequent travels.
